The induction zones transfer heat directly to the base of the pan and cool quickly when you remove the pan, giving you better control over the temperature and preventing food from sticking.
The touch/push controls let you adjust the heat precisely by simply touching the + and – symbols.
The pause function lets you turn off the hob if you are interrupted while cooking, then quickly restarts at the same temperature. When the pause function is active, the cooking zone maintains a constant low temperature.
By holding down the lock button for 3 seconds, you temporarily activate the child lock and the cleaning function, so you can clean the surface without changing the settings.
It is easy to clean with a damp cloth or sponge, as food or liquid residues do not burn onto the surface.
