How to order from Maisons du Monde and ship it to Malta?

1. Explore and select your items:

Visit Maisons du Monde website at https://www.maisonsdumonde.com/IT/it to browse products. Choose the items that you wish to purchase and make a note of their SKUs (product codes) and the required quantities.

2. Submit your order with Maisons du Monde:

Compile a list of your selected items, including the SKUs and quantities. Email this list directly at dir-mag-catania@maisonsdumonde.com.

3. Payment process:

The MdM store will create your order and you will need to pay for your order by bank transfer.

4. Confirmation and collection from MdM:

After payment, please send a confirmation email to us at sales@maltashopper.com along with:

-A copy of ID card (front and back) in  PDF format

- A copy of your Maisons du Monde invoice

- Completed collection authorization form (Delega per ritiro merce in magazzino). This form authorizes Maltashopper Limited to collect your goods on your behalf.

Also, inform us whether you will pick up your items from our Mqabba warehouse or if you prefer our ground floor delivery service.

5. Final arrangements:

Upon receiving your documentation and payment confirmation, we will send you a payment request for the collection fee, and if applicable, our local delivery fee.

6. Collection/ home delivery in Malta:

When the ordered products arrive at our warehouse in Malta, we will contact you to confirm that the order is ready for collection or to arrange delivery to your home, depending on your prior selection.

How much do we charge to ship your Maisons du Monde order to Malta?

Our charges are as follows:

25% of your total order value, subject to a minimum fee of €100. This charge includes transportation of your order to our warehouse in Mqabba, Malta.

You can choose to pick up your items from our Mqabba warehouse, or, if you prefer, opt for our ground floor delivery service.

Please note that local delivery will incur an additional charge based on the size of your order.
