Induction hobs are extremely energy efficient, fast and precise, as induction technology transfers energy directly to pots and pans with a magnetic base.
Using the flex zones together or individually, you can create a versatile cooking area for pots and pans of different shapes and sizes.
All flex zones can be set to the same heat level, ensuring even cooking results.
With the pre-set touch program, simply slide the pan over the flex zones to change the heat between high, medium and low.
With the touch controls, you can adjust the heat precisely by sliding your finger across the temperature scale or by touching the desired temperature on the display.
All cooking zones have a booster function that provides rapid, intense heat, ideal for boiling water, browning meat and frying in a wok.
The pause function lets you turn off the hob if you are interrupted while cooking, and then quickly restart at the same temperature. When the pause function is active, the cooking zone maintains a constant low temperature.
The independent timers let you set each zone separately, so you have optimal control over your cooking. Ideal for cooking, for example, hard-boiled eggs, rice or pasta.
By holding down the lock button for 4 seconds, you temporarily activate the child lock and the cleaning function, so you can clean the surface without changing the settings.
It is easy to clean with a damp cloth or sponge, as food or liquid residues do not burn on the surface.
Anti-overflow function automatically switches the hob off if liquid spills onto the control panel.
