VACANCY: DELIVERY PERSON

Maltashopper is seeking a capable professional to join our team as a full time Delivery Person. In this role, you will be part of our Delivery Team that is responsible for delivering customer orders. You must have a clean driver's license in order to drive the van from our warehouse to various locations. While it is not required, previous experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate must, have clean police conduct, hold a valid clean driver's license, be willing to work and be a team player. If you have a C/C1 driver's license it would be a big advantage. Likewise, if you are knowledgeable in the assembly of furniture it would be a huge asset.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver items from our warehouse to any addresses in Malta and Gozo
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Familiarity with basic hand tools
• Ability to follow directions
• Must know how to read and write
• You must know how to speak English
• The ability to understand and speak Maltese will be an asset.
• Be healthy enough to carry furniture

VACANCY: ACCOUNTS CLERK

Maltashopper is seeking an able boddied person to join our team as a full-time Accounts Clerk who wishes to grow and develop professionally. In this role, you will be part of our accounts team that is responsible for co-ordinating and processing invoices into the accounting system. While it is not required, previous experience is a plus. The ideal candidate must, be well organised, independent while also able to work together as a team player. Must ensure that all orders go out in a timely and coordinated mannar. The applicant must also have clean police conduct.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A level knowledge of accounts is the minimum required
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounts department or firm
• Knowledge of Xero financial app would be an asset
• Working hours can be flexible
• Be well organized
 • Be abile to communicate in both English & Maltese.

VACANCY: CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Maltashopper is seeking an able boddied person to join our team as a full time Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be part of our customer care team that is responsible for answering calls / emails / facebook messages and all communication channels between Maltashopper and our customers. You would also help with the scheduling of the items that need delivery. While it is not required, previous experience is a plus.

 The ideal candidate must, be a team player while being well organised and able to work on their own iniciative. The applicant must have clean police conduct and be fluent in English and Maltese.

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to all clients requests and quieries in a timely polite manner.
• Office Administration
• Keep open communication with customers and see that they are well respon
ded.
• Schedule items that need delivery with the delivery team
