Induction hobs are extremely energy efficient, fast and precise, as induction technology transfers energy directly to pots and pans with a magnetic base.
The booster function increases the power of a single cooking zone, allowing for rapid and intense heat, ideal for boiling water, sautéing food or browning meat.
Touch/push controls allow you to adjust the heat precisely by simply touching the + and – symbols.
Independent timers allow you to set each zone separately, giving you optimum control over your cooking. Ideal for cooking, for example, hard-boiled eggs, rice or pasta.
The pause function allows you to switch off the hob if you are interrupted while cooking, then quickly restart at the same temperature. When the pause function is active, the cooking zone maintains a constant low temperature.
By holding the lock button for 4 seconds, you temporarily activate the child lock and the cleaning function, so you can clean the surface without changing the settings.
It is easy to clean with a damp cloth or sponge, as food or liquid residues do not burn onto the surface.
Anti-overflow function: automatically switches off the hob if liquid spills onto the control panel.
