Induction hobs are extremely energy efficient, fast and precise, as induction technology transfers energy directly to pots and pans with a magnetic base.
It offers you greater flexibility thanks to the bridge function that allows you to connect 2 cooking zones into one larger one, so you can use several pots or larger pots.
Each zone has an automatic cooking function. By pressing the relevant symbol, the zone heats up to the right temperature to melt foods such as chocolate or butter.
When the hob is switched on, simply place a pan on a cooking zone to automatically activate it. You just need to choose the heat level.
The booster function (P) increases the power of a single cooking zone, allowing you to obtain rapid and intense heat, ideal for boiling water, sautéing food or browning meat.
With touch controls, you can adjust the heat precisely by sliding your finger across the temperature scale or by touching the desired temperature on the display.
The independent timers allow you to set each zone separately, so you have optimal control over your cooking. Ideal for cooking, for example, hard-boiled eggs, rice or pasta.
By holding down the lock button for 3 seconds, you temporarily activate the child lock and the cleaning function, so you can clean the surface without changing the settings.
It is easy to clean with a damp cloth or sponge, as food or liquid residues do not burn onto the surface.
Anti-overflow function: automatically switches off the hob if liquid spills onto the control panel.
The pause function allows you to switch off the hob if you are interrupted while cooking, and then quickly restart at the same temperature. When the pause function is active, the cooking zone maintains a constant low temperature.
