Induction hobs are extremely energy efficient, fast and precise, as induction technology directly transfers energy to pots and pans with a magnetic base.
It offers you greater flexibility thanks to the bridge function that allows you to connect 2 cooking zones into a larger one, so you can use several pots or larger pots.
Thanks to the touch controls, you can adjust the heat precisely by sliding a finger across the temperature scale or by touching the desired temperature on the display.
Independent timers allow you to set each zone separately, so you have optimal control of cooking.
Thanks to the automatic cooking function, each zone is preset to heat, melt, boil or simmer. To adjust the heat, simply slide the pan to the desired area and press the automatic cooking symbol.
The booster function (P) increases the power of a single cooking zone, allowing you to obtain rapid and intense heat, ideal for boiling water, sautéing food or browning meat.
The pause function allows you to turn off the hob if you are interrupted while cooking, and then quickly resume at the same temperature. When the pause function is active, the cooking zone maintains a constant low temperature.
By holding the lock button for 4 seconds, you temporarily activate the child lock and cleaning function, so you can clean the surface without changing settings.
It is easy to clean with a damp cloth or sponge, as food or liquid residues do not burn onto the surface.
Anti-overflow function: automatically turns off the hob if a liquid spills and spills onto the control panel.
