2. Complete the Form: Fill in the form at the bottom of the page.

3. Upload the Required Documents:

Copy of your ID card (front and back) - in color, PDF format.

Copy of your Mondo Convenienza order (Proposta d’Acquisto)

-Letter authorizing us to collect your order ( Delega)

TAX code (Codice Fiscale): To obtain your TAX code, use this link, fill in your details, and you will receive the TAX code to be used.

4. Payment: Once we have all the required documents, we will send you a payment link for processing, or you can visit our office in Santa Venera to pay in cash. For amounts over €3000, cheques are also accepted. A request for payment of our charges will be sent to you accordingly.

• Charges: Our charge is 20% of your order value, with a minimum fee of €250. If your order contains sofas, Maltashopper reserves the right to alter the fee based on the size and weight of the sofas. However, the final price quoted to you will not be subject to further changes.

5. Order Collection: We have weekly trucks for collection, but please note that our Mondo Convenienza collection service depends on Mondo Convenienza’s timeline. Once Mondo Convenienza emails you a pick-up date, it does not guarantee that we will collect the order on that day. They will provide Maltashopper with a separate collection date.

Your order will only be collected once it has completely arrived at the Mondo Convenienza warehouse in Catania.

6. Transportation to Malta & Delivery Scheduling: After we collect your order from Mondo Convenienza, it will be transported to our warehouse in Mqabba Warehouse, Malta. Once the order has arrived, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date to your home (ground floor only). Alternatively, if you prefer, you may also collect the order directly from our Mqabba Warehouse.
