Induction hobs are extremely energy efficient, fast and precise, as induction technology transfers energy directly to pots and pans with a magnetic base.
Using the flexible zones together or individually, you can create a versatile cooking area for pots and pans of different shapes and sizes.
All the flexible zones can be set to the same heat level, ensuring even cooking results.
With the pre-set touch program, simply slide the pan over the flexible zones to change the heat between high, medium and low.
With the touch controls, you can adjust the heat precisely by sliding your finger across the temperature scale or by touching the desired temperature on the display.
Independent timers allow you to set each zone separately, giving you optimum control over your cooking. Ideal for cooking, for example, hard-boiled eggs, rice or pasta.
All cooking zones have a booster function that provides rapid, intense heat, ideal for boiling water, searing meat and wok frying.
The pause function allows you to switch off the hob if you are interrupted while cooking, and then quickly restart at the same temperature. When the pause function is active, the cooking zone maintains a constant low temperature.
It is easy to clean with a damp cloth or sponge, as food or liquid residues do not burn on the surface.
Anti-spill function: automatically switches off the hob if liquid spills onto the control panel.
The control panel lock provides added safety.
