• Natural wood needs your care. Long and intense use without maintenance may cause the product to lose its smooth surface. To extend the life of the product, we recommend that you rub it with food-approved oil once per month.
• To recondition the product, scrub the surface with the abrasive side of a cleaning sponge or with fine sandpaper. Then apply a thin layer of oil and wipe off any excess. This process should be repeated regularly, at least 1–2 times per year.
