Induction hobs are extremely energy efficient, fast and precise, as induction technology directly transfers energy to pots and pans with a magnetic base.
By using the flex zones together or individually you can create a versatile cooking area for pans of different shapes and sizes.
You can set the same heat level in all flexible zones, to ensure uniform cooking results.
With the preset touch program, simply slide the pan across the flexible zones to change the heat between high, medium and low.
Thanks to the touch controls, you can adjust the heat precisely by sliding a finger across the temperature scale or by touching the desired temperature on the display.
All cooking zones have a booster function that allows you to obtain rapid and intense heat, ideal for boiling water, browning meat and frying in the wok.
The pause function allows you to turn off the hob if you are interrupted while cooking, and then quickly resume at the same temperature. When the pause function is active, the cooking zone maintains a constant low temperature.
Independent timers allow you to set each zone separately, so you have optimal control of cooking. Ideal, for example, for cooking hard-boiled eggs, rice or pasta.
By holding the lock button for 4 seconds, you temporarily activate the child lock and cleaning function, so you can clean the surface without changing settings.
It is easy to clean with a damp cloth or sponge, as food or liquid residues do not burn onto the surface.
Anti-overflow function: automatically turns off the hob if a liquid spills and spills onto the control panel.
