If you wish to buy products from Mondo Convenienza we offer a collection service from that store. Just place your order directly from the Mondo Convenienza Catania store and we will collect it on your behalf and transport it to Malta.

The steps:

- order and pay for your desired items directly from https://www.mondoconv.it/

- Choose your Maltashopper package:

(A) Collection ONLY: Once your order is ready for collection, we will handle the transportation of your goods from their location to our warehouse in Malta. For this service, our charge is 25% of your order value with a minimum charge of €250.

OR

(B) The Full Monty: Collection and transportation of your Mondo Convenienza order to Malta, delivery of your items to your home ground floor and assembly of your order. For this complete service our charge is 45% of your order value with a minimum charge of €500.

To get going:

1) PLACE YOUR ORDER DIRECTLY WITH MONDO CONVENIENZA CATANIA STORE.

2) FILL IN THE FORM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.

3) UPLOAD A COPY OF YOUR ID CARD, A COPY OF YOUR MONDO CONVENIENZA ORDER AND A LETTER AUTHORISING US TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER.

4) A REQUEST FOR PAYMENT OF 25% OR 45% OF THE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER (or minimum charges) WILL BE SENT TO YOU FOR YOU TO PROCESS. MINIMUM CHARGES APPLY.

5) WE HAVE WEEKLY TRUCKS. YOUR ORDER WILL ONLY BE COLLECTED WHEN IT HAS ARRIVED COMPLETELY AT THE MC WAREHOUSE IN CATANIA.

6) IF YOU HAVE OPTED FOR LOCAL DELIVERY ( TO THE GROUNDFLOOR LEVEL) AND FURNITURE ASSEMBLY, OUR TEAM WILL ENSURE A SMOOTH PROCESS AND HANDLE EVERYTHING ACCORDING TO YOUR PREFERENCES.

7)IF YOU HAVE HAD A CHANGE OF HEART REGARDING THE COLLECTION OF YOUR MONDO CONVENIENZA ORDER AND NOW WISH TO HAVE IT DELIVERED TO YOUR LOCATION INSTEAD, WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ARRANGE THAT FOR YOU. KINDLY NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE A NOMINAL DELIVERY CHARGE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CHANGE, AMOUNTING TO EUR 30 PER MONDO CONVENIENZA PRODUCTS PALLET. ALSO OPTING TO UPGRADE FROM JUST TRANSPORT TO ALSO INCLUDE DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY SERVICE WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 20% OF THE TOTAL ORDER VALUE.
