The mechanism is in the upper part of the spice mill to prevent spice residues from falling on the table, worktop or spice rack.
The upper part of the spice mill has an adjustment system that allows you to choose the degree of grinding.
For more thorough cleaning, the cap of the upper part can be folded down.
