It is comfortable to work at the desk, in fact the shaped surface allows you to get closer to the table and supports your elbows and forearms.
Keep your coffee, snacks or drinks close at hand in the cup holders on either side of the table top. The supports are made of plastic approved for contact with food.
Attach the small shelves to the inside or outside of the side panels, depending on your needs.
You can make room for a computer screen or a 32" TV by removing the shelf above the tabletop.
The tall side panels help block sunlight, preventing annoying reflections on your computer screen.
