The 2.5-litre Saratoga La Terrazza colourless anti-seepage protective treatment is the ideal option for providing long-lasting waterproofing for balconies, terraces and flat roofs. This water-repellent liquid, based on solvent-borne polysiloxanes , strengthens surfaces by filling cracks up to 1 mm wide, instantly blocking water. Its ready-to-use formula adheres deeply to porous substrates, protecting the flooring and the spaces below without affecting the breathability of the materials.
Applying this transparent liquid waterproofing agent allows you to protect your outdoor areas professionally, avoiding lengthy and costly building work. As well as repelling water, the treatment actively prevents the formation of mould, algae and salt efflorescence, keeping your surfaces clean and safe. It is easy to apply to terracotta, stoneware, porcelain stoneware, clinker, porphyry and polished concrete floors, chemically bonding with the material. After allowing 24 hours for it to dry, your terrace will once again be ready for use and perfectly sealed. With a coverage of up to 30 m²/l on less porous materials, the 2.5-litre size is ideal for maintaining medium and large surfaces.
