The Bosch 500W jigsaw offers an effective solution for making straight cuts, curved cuts and angled cuts in wood, metal and plastic, ensuring a clean cut and consistent control over the finish.
The tool’s practicality stems from a combination of a balanced design and technical features geared towards ease of use. The motor, with 230 V mains power supply, delivers a power consumption of 500 W, enabling a cutting depth of up to 65 mm in wood and up to 4 mm in steel. Thanks to the Bosch Low Vibration system and the ergonomic Softgrip handle, vibrations are reduced to guide the blade along the cutting line whilst minimising hand strain. The blade can be changed quickly and without tools using the SDS coupling mechanism, whilst the steel base plate can be adjusted to set bevel cuts of up to 45°. Whilst working, the chip blower keeps the cutting line clear of debris, working in conjunction with the external dust extraction system.
