Delete your Maltashopper account
You can delete your Maltashopper account and the data the app holds about you at any time. It takes about a minute.
From the app
- Open the Help tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
From the website
- Sign in, then open maltashopper.com/apps/push/delete-account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
What happens
- Your notification devices and saved list are removed straight away.
- We ask Shopify to erase your customer account. This normally completes within a few days and you will no longer be able to sign in.
- Order records are kept for accounting as the law requires. They are no longer linked to a customer account.
