How do you sleep?

Your sleeping position decides which mattress suits you best.

Back. Often called the healthiest position: head, neck and spine stay in a straight line. The one downside is that it can make snoring worse.

Side. The most popular position and a good one, as long as your head is well supported. The mattress should give at the shoulders and hips so the spine stays level.

Stomach. The position that strains the neck and lower back most. A low pillow and an even, firmer mattress help.
