Hemnes Brings Classic Style To Small Bathrooms

A bathroom that works hard in a small footprint is something most homes need, especially in older houses with compact layouts. HEMNES has a timeless look and a practical build, with pieces designed to make the most of every corner.

A bench that does more than one job

The HEMNES bench is fitted with knobs and an integrated rail that doubles as a towel holder, plus a storage compartment underneath for linen and other bathroom bits. It sits happily in a bathroom, but works just as well in a hallway as a spot to hang coats and bags. For flats and maisonettes where every piece of furniture needs a second purpose, this kind of thinking makes a real difference, especially when floor space is limited and storage has to be earned rather than assumed.

Keeping toiletries and towels in their place

This washstand has a traditional look with a practical mix of drawers and open shelving, giving enough room to keep towels, bottles and bathroom accessories properly sorted rather than piled on every surface. Drawer inserts help the smaller items, the cotton pads, hair accessories and spare soaps, stay separated instead of sliding around every time the drawer opens. In a humid climate where towels and linen need to breathe and dry properly, having a dedicated place for everything also makes the daily routine simpler.

A slim shelf for walls that cannot spare the space

Wall space matters more than ever in a small bathroom, and the HEMNES wall shelf was designed with exactly that in mind. Its slender profile means it can be fitted almost anywhere, including the awkward strip of wall behind a door that normally goes to waste. It is a good spot for perfume bottles, folded hand towels or anything else that needs to be within reach but off the counter, which in a Maltese townhouse bathroom with a smaller footprint often makes all the difference.
