Bamboo bench with a soft removable padding on the top: perfect for training, but also as a seat in the corridor or as a coffee table in the living room.
The padding, made of natural rubber and mesh fabric, offers you a soft surface during training.
Inside there is plenty of space to store training tools, extra clothes or magazines and games.
You can use the bench for many different exercises that help you train your arms, legs, back and abdomen.
To train your triceps, lie on your stomach with your palms resting on the bench and do push-ups.
To train your biceps, sit on the bench with both feet flat on the ground and your back straight. Extend your arms forward, with your palms facing up, and then bring them back towards your chest, with or without weights.
Lie supine on the bench with your feet on the floor and weights in your hands. Lift your torso upwards and slowly lower yourself back down.
