In The Infinity Gauntlet: A Love Letter Game, 1 player plays the Mad Titan Thanos, who will try to accumulate the 6 Infinity Stones and use them to gain absolute power. Meanwhile, 1 to 5 other players will gather heroes to fight Thanos, foil his plans and save the universe! Players play cards featuring heroes, villains and the Infinity Stones to fight for the fate of the universe. There are 2 teams: Thanos is a team made up of 1 player and all other players are part of the other team. The game ends when one of the two teams is out of Life or when Thanos accumulates all 6 Infinity Stones and snaps his fingers. The game essentially plays like the classic Love Letter. On their turn, each player draws a card and plays a card, applying its effect. But in this case the decks are differentiated by team and Thanos always draws two cards. Some cards, once played, allow you to fight an opponent to try to defeat 1 of his cards. When 1 of your cards is defeated, your team loses 1 Life, thus approaching one of the possible outcomes of the game.
