The pan has a very thick base and walls, which spread the heat evenly, allowing you to achieve good cooking results.
The two handles allow you to easily lift the pot.
The sloping sides concentrate the food at the bottom, where the heat is highest. To obtain a crispy surface, stir continuously.
The glass lid allows you to control the contents of the pot during cooking.
It's made of aluminum, a material that spreads heat evenly and energy efficiently, allowing you to adjust it easily, so food doesn't burn or stick.
The pot is light and therefore easy to lift and move even when full.
By using the lid the contents of the pot boil more quickly, thus saving time, consuming less energy, saving money and reducing the environmental impact.
