Bloodborne: the Board Game

The Blood Moon rises into the night sky, plunging the city of Yharnam into madness and chaos. The Hunters are tasked with purging victims infected by the Plague of Beasts on this night of the Hunt. Should they hesitate or fail in their task, Yharnam will fall prey to madness and death. The moon is near. It will be a long hunt. Bloodborne: The Board Game is a totally collaborative game (unlike its brother Card Game) with a dark atmosphere and full of challenges where 1 to 4 Hunters have to explore the city of Yharnam fighting their way through beasts, monsters and crazy citizens, represented by amazing miniatures. Bloodborne is played as a campaign: a series of 3 independent but interconnected games, called chapters. There are 4 Campaigns in this box. Over the course of each campaign, the Hunters will increase their skills and power, while the players will discover a unique story ... if they can survive long enough! Each chapter has 1 Hunting Mission that players must complete within a set number of rounds to be able to win, and a series of Side Missions that reveal more about the events and history surrounding the campaign, providing, once completed, powerful rewards that will further aid players in their objectives. Players don't have to complete all chapters of a campaign in one play session - all information can be tracked for future matches, so players can stop after any chapter and then pick up where they left off. Each chapter takes place in a series of rounds, consisting of the turns of each individual player, followed by the turn of the enemies, activated by the game itself.
