The sideburner itself works well, but it cannot be connected to the gas bottle unless you have the fitting connector (not available in Malta, checked many hardware stores). Took me almost 2 months to get it up and running, after finding a custom built pipe with connector at gase-dopp.de in Germany.
It could be that if you purchase the sideburner together with the BBQ, you won't run into this problem, not sure if it includes this connector then.
