You are a world-renowned master urban planner who has been asked by two different cities to rebuild their city centre. Projects of this magnitude require the expertise of multiple people, so for each assignment you'll be partnered with another architect to execute your grand plans. Will your design and collaboration skills be enough to build the most amazing cities in the world? In fact, each player collaborates with the player to his left to build a first city center and at the same time collaborates with the player to his right to build a second city center. Each turn, a player chooses two tiles from his hand, reveals them, and works with his colleagues to place each chosen tile on one of the two cities. Secretly choose two tiles to place in your cities. Reveal your chosen tiles and bargain with your neighbors in which city to place them. Arrange tiles strategically because you will only get points from your least valuable city!
