Tier AdvancementAutomatic Upgrade:
-You can be upgraded to a higher tier at any time by meeting the spending requirements within any rolling 365-day period. - Upgrades are effective immediately and start a new 365 days membership period from the date of the upgrade. Rolling Spending Calculation: - Spending is evaluated daily based on your spending over the previous 365 days. - This means you can qualify for an upgrade at any time your spending meets the threshold.
Tier Maintenance and Downgrades:
Tier Security: - Once you achieve a tier, you retain that status for a full 365 days period, regardless of any decrease in spending during that year.
Downgrade Policy: - Evaluation at Membership Renewal: - At the end of your year tier membership, your spending over the past 365 days is assessed. - Determining Your Tier for the Next Year: - If your spending meets or exceeds the threshold for your current tier, you retain that tier for another 365 days. - If your spending falls below your current tier’s threshold, you will be downgraded to the tier that corresponds to your actual spending. - No Mid-Year Downgrades: - Downgrades can only occur at the end of your current 365 days membership period.

Example Scenario
1. Starting Out: - You create an account and are enrolled in the Shopper Tier.
2. Upgrading to Bronze: - After spending €2,500 over any rolling 365-day period, you are upgraded to Bronze Tier. - Your Bronze Tier membership lasts for 365 days from the upgrade date.
3. Upgrading to Silver: - Six months into your Bronze Tier, your spending over the past 365 days reaches €7,000. - You are upgraded to Silver Tier, starting a new 365 days membership from the date of the upgrade.
4. Upgrading to Gold: - Eight months into your Silver Tier, your spending over the past 365 days reaches €10,000. - You are upgraded to Gold Tier, starting a new 365 days membership from the date of the upgrade.
5. Maintaining Gold Tier: - During your Gold Tier membership year, you retain your status even if your spending falls below €10,000.
6. End of Membership Year Evaluation: - At the end of your Gold Tier year, your spending over the past 365 days is evaluated: - If you’ve spent €10,000 or more: You retain Gold Tier for another year. - If you’ve spent between €7,000 and €9,999: You are downgraded to Silver Tier. - If you’ve spent between €2,500 and €6,999: You are downgraded to Bronze Tier. - If you’ve spent less than €2,500: You return to Shopper Tier.
