We track your spend automatically across the past 365 days. As soon as you cross €2,500, your VIP benefits activate on your next order. Your VIP status renews automatically each time your rolling 12-month spend stays above the threshold.

How to Check Your Status Online

  1. Log In: Access your account on the Maltashopper website.
  2. Access Profile: Click on the User Icon located next to the search bar and shopping bag.
  3. View Progress: Open your profile dashboard. Here, you will see your current VIP tier and the remaining balance required to reach the €2,500 threshold for full benefits.

- Does my spend at the Mqabba warehouse count?

Yes - all purchases from Maltashopper count towards your VIP threshold, online and in-store.

- What happens if my spend drops below €2,500?

 You’ll keep your VIP benefits until the end of the current rolling period. If your 365-day total falls below €2,500, your VIP status will pause until you qualify again.

- Can I gift VIP benefits to someone else?

VIP benefits are linked to your customer account and can’t be transferred
