The Cheerful Surgeon

The Allegro Chirurgo is the most loved game by generations of doctors, who can compete alone with the most bizarre surgical operations, or challenge their distinguished colleagues. Each doctor aged 6 and up in turn draws a card, holds the surgical tweezers and tries to extract the painful part from the grumpy patient's body, being careful not to touch the metal edges of the cavities that contain the various parts of the body. To win you need a steady hand and nerves of steel, because if you just touch the edges of the cavities the patient's red nose lights up and starts buzzing! Whoever manages to extract the most ailments from the patient's body wins the game!
