Our Shipping Charge (which just so happens to be the lowest on the island) is calculated automatically as you are listing your order in your Shopping Cart. This Shipping Charge covers the transportation cost of the products from Sicily to Malta. We do also offer delivery to your door (groundfloor) - anywhere in Malta and Gozo - at an additional €10 charge. Alternatively you can choose to collect your order when it arrives from our offices in Santa Venera.
Since we do not charge a minimum amount per order, you can order as little or as much as you like!
Paying for your order is super easy! We collect full payment in advance and you can do this online or in store using a VISA or MasterCard. We also accept payments in cash, cheque and even bank transfer.

IKEA have some products which are not directly available from their store but are available on order from their warehouses in Piacenza. They charge a (pretty hefty) transportation fee for these products but since we order in bulk for many people at the same time we can have this fee reduced for you significantly!
Firstly, we would encourage you to check the availability of the products to determine whether the item is available in store or on order. If it's the latter you will see "Questo prodotto è presente solo su ordinazione a IKEA Catania". We would encourage you to choose items that do NOT need to be ordered as they can take up to 5 weeks to arrive in Catania, but if you're still happy to go ahead with a product like this then we will let you know what the fee will be for bringing the item down. It can be anywhere between €10 and €50.
IKEA's website is great! It has a number of online tools that allow you to design your own space online which you can find here.
However, they might not be so straightforward to use, so we are ready to offer assistance with this, particularly for kitchen and wardrobe designs. Send us an email with all your requirements (room dimensions, obstacles in the room: doors, windows, etc., colour preferences, handles, finishes and so on) and any pictures if necessary and we will send over a design and product list for you to check out. If you don't like the initial design we send you that's okay! We can go back and forth with amendments until you're happy with the final design.

You can forward all the details to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will also need the design fee before initiating the design process - this can be settled by Bank Transfer/Cheque/Cash or even using your Visa/Mastercard in store. Designs can take around 3 working days to be completed.
